Distribute — post-upload thinking

Nine tools for the unglamorous work after the upload. Hashtags, titles, descriptions, CTAs, posting time, retention prediction, frequency — the levers creators actually own.

Tool 24 · Hashtag Density Checker

Audit your hashtag set before you publish.

Paste hashtags and the caption. Returns count, mix of broad / niche / branded, spam flags, and platform-specific issues.

Paste hashtags to see the audit.

Why this exists

Most creators either use 30 hashtags or 3 — both fail. The audit returns the count, the mix (broad / niche / branded), and flags spam patterns (#fyp, #viral, #trending). It also flags hashtag+caption repeat, which platforms deprioritise.

Limitations

  • The tool does not see current hashtag volume — those change weekly.
  • Broad/niche classification uses string heuristics, not live metrics.
  • Platform recommendations shift; always cross-check the latest creator docs.
Tool 25 · Title Framework Generator

Three durable title templates, not AI spam.

Pick a framework, fill the slots. Get a title that uses proven structure instead of "I tried X for 30 days" filler.

Fill the slots to see three concrete title suggestions.

Why frameworks beat AI

A good title uses one of a few proven shapes. AI generates novelty but rarely structure. The tool returns titles you can defend in a content review.

Limitations

  • Three frameworks is not the world. Use them as scaffolding, not gospel.
  • Trend-jacking (a current meme, a current event) still requires your judgement.
  • The tool cannot check trademark collisions in your title.
Tool 26 · Description Template Builder

A description that does its job.

Fill the slots — hook, value bullets, timestamps, link, CTA — and the tool assembles a clean description template you can paste into any platform.

Fill the slots to assemble a description.

Anatomy of a working description

First line repeats the hook (in case the title failed to surface). Middle has timestamps so viewers can scrub. Last line has the call to action — a question, a "save this for later", or a link. Anything more is noise.

Limitations

  • Some platforms truncate at 150 characters. Front-load the value.
  • Timestamps are useless on TikTok (no chapters); valuable on YouTube.
  • Link-in-bio tactics change with each platform update.
Tool 27 · CTA Effectiveness Scorer

Will viewers actually do the thing?

Paste your call-to-action line. Returns a score (0–100) plus what is holding it back.

Paste a CTA to see the breakdown.

Why most CTAs fail

They are passive ("hope you enjoyed"), low-commitment ("like and subscribe"), or unanchored ("comment below"). Strong CTAs name a single action, give a reason, and ask at the moment of peak motivation — usually right after the payoff.

Limitations

  • It scores the line, not the timing in your video.
  • Different platforms tolerate different CTA intensities; LinkedIn rewards directness more than TikTok.
  • The tool does not account for community culture.
Tool 28 · Upload Time Recommender

When to post for your actual audience.

Enter your audience timezone mix and platform. Returns a recommended posting window with rationale.

Total: 100%

Set your timezone mix.

Why timezone matters

A creator in London posting at 9 am hits EMEA morning; misses Americas. A creator in São Paulo posting at 9 pm local time catches Americas evening and EMEA morning. The tool returns a window that overlaps the largest two timezones.

Limitations

  • It uses coarse region buckets; city-level data gives better windows.
  • Algorithm peaks are different from human peaks; sometimes posting off-peak outperforms.
  • Trending content may benefit from posting earlier, not on the optimum window.
Tool 29 · Engagement Rate Predictor

A structural prediction, before you post.

Input the structural inputs you control (hook score, pace, captions, hashtags). Get an estimated engagement rate band.

Fill the inputs and predict.

Why this is structural, not magical

Engagement is dominated by the algorithm in the first 48 hours. The structural inputs — hook, hashtags, CTA, captions — are the levers you actually move. The tool weights them and gives a realistic band, not a magic number.

Limitations

  • It does not see your account history, your niche, or your audience.
  • Nano accounts often have higher engagement rates than big ones — that is structural, not a flaw.
  • Trending audio, brand deals and partnerships can shift the band by 2–4×.
Tool 30 · Retention Curve Predictor

Estimate your retention shape before publishing.

A 4-stage model: Hook → Build → Payoff → CTA. Set where each stage starts and ends; get the predicted shape.

Set the timings.

How the curve is built

The model draws 5 anchors: 0% (start), end-of-hook, mid-build, payoff, end. Drop-offs are steeper in long builds and flatter in videos with mini-payoffs. The shape is then smoothed.

Limitations

  • It does not model replays, which can extend the curve.
  • It does not know the niche — tutorials have flatter curves than drama.
  • Trending audio lift is not captured.
Tool 31 · Trend Combination Explorer

Combine niches without going off-brand.

Pick 2–3 niches. The tool returns a scored combination, an example video idea, and the off-brand risk for each.

Pick 2–3 niches to see combinations.

Why combinations matter

A single niche plateaus. Two adjacent niches (coffee + productivity) double the cross-audience. Three is where ideas start to feel forced; the tool flags high-risk triples.

Limitations

  • Combinations are pattern-based, not trend-based. The tool does not scrape live feeds.
  • Some combinations only work with the right hook; the tool returns ideas, not finished scripts.
  • The tool does not check trademark / brand conflicts.
Tool 32 · Comment Pin Strategist

Which comment should you pin to seed conversation?

Paste up to 5 candidate comments. The tool ranks them by conversation-starting potential.

Paste candidates to see ranking.

What to look for

A pinned comment works best when it invites disagreement, adds context, or asks a follow-up question. Polite praise rarely starts threads.

Limitations

  • It scores against the lines you give it; not a global "best comment" lookup.
  • Tone calibration is context-dependent.
  • Some platforms deprioritise replies to the creator's own pinned comment.
Tool 33 · Posting Frequency Calculator

How often should you post?

Inputs: hours per week, niche, platform. Output: a posting cadence that protects quality.

Set your hours.

Why cadence is not "more is better"

Posting every day with low-quality videos depresses your reach. Posting twice a week with strong videos compounds. The tool returns the cadence that respects your hours and avoids burnout.

Limitations

  • It does not model team workflows — solo creators have different ceilings than agencies.
  • Some niches reward volume (memes). The tool hints at this but does not enforce it.
  • Burnout is the biggest variable; the tool cannot measure yours.
